Dr. Kyle Detmer

Dr. Kyle Detmer was also born and raised in Wichita, KS as the oldest child of Dr. Margaret Anne Detmer. He attended the University of Oklahoma on a wrestling scholarship where he earned a degree in Biology. After graduating, Dr. Kyle Detmer worked the front desk for two years while he earned his degree in Chemistry at Newman University.

Dr. Kyle was accepted into the University of Tennessee Health and Science Center in Memphis TN and graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. He works Part time at Detmer Family Dentistry and part time at another private practice here in Wichita. Dr. Kyle is happy to provide comprehensive dental care to all his patients, including Invisalign, extractions, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, and more.

Dr. Kyle Detmer is passionate about changing common misconceptions about dentistry and helping patients feel confident in their smiles. Known for building genuine relationships with his patients, Dr. Detmer emphasizes trust, comfort, and open communication in every interaction. He works closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. When Dr. Kyle Detmer is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife Katie, son Kade, and daughter Kinsley. They love to travel, work on projects around the house, and hang out with friends. He also loves cheering on OU football, learning new skills, and fishing!
